Here are some pictures from a drive I took up to Santa Cruz. Driving the 101 is always a scenic, (and traffic filled) drive.

Here are few things to do if you’re ever in Santa Cruz; The Mystery Spot, plenty of surfing, plenty of wharfs, and a great boardwalk to go to. Or drive up to Monterey and see the aquarium.
If you’re driving up the coast (from the south) you can visit. Solvang, Hearst Castle,or The Winchester mansion.  Winchester Mansion is in the San Jose area.

Here are some pictures from the cruise we did for Mom’s 50 birthday. (but you’re still not allowed to ask how old she is)
