We went back again for another Disney on Ice show!
This year our daughter won tickets to Disney on Ice for reading! We opted for a thursday evening performance and it was amazing!
They opened with a shortened version of Toy Story 3, complete with some fun new songs and dance numbers.
It featured Barbie & Ken, but the rest of the Toy Story characters managed to take the ice too.
Then they followed that with a quick rendition of the Little Mermaid, with real bubbles falling from the top of the stage. (Kids love bubbles!)
After a 20 min intermission and popcorn break, they came back with a quick performance from some of the Cars characters. Seeing cars flawlessly drive on Ice was amazing!
Then a short version of Frozen, complete with all the classic songs and performances.
So of course you get a rendition of Let it Go.
For the finale they brought out the Original classic characters (Minnie, Mickey, Donald, Goofy) and did a dance with the cast from Frozen. I also loved the music and choreography and our kiddos just took in every moment. The show makes for a fun holiday tradition (especially with discount tickets being available) it’s a lovely, family friendly night.
